Guiding Question:  For this sustained investigation, I want to use the element of humility and love through texture. I wanted to show both elements in the kitchen as a way to show the different types of food made through the feelings of togetherness and belonging while also showing the dedication that is being portrayed through cooking. I also wanted to capture the texture of traditional Indian clothing to portray the amount of time and dedication the tailors put into it. Along with this, I also wanted to take close-up shots of older people’s hands to show the progression of how tireless, selfless work has helped them progress in their spiritual journey.
