Camil Tulcan is a motion designer designer who is based in Bordeaux, France.  He was born and raised Timisoara, Romania.  He is the founder and the general manager of Rasterpoint.  Tulcan helps with the media department of Romania, making it better and more structurally organized.  He has displayed some of his photography work in Bucharest, Berlin, and Paris.
